Any injuries resulting from an automobile are covered under No Fault Auto insurances. This is for the driver of a car, passenger, as well as a pedestrian, bicyclist or skateboarder. Your insurance rate does not go up if your insurance is used for chiropractic care. Thirty chiropractic treatments are allowed under the No Fault law in Hawaii.
